Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - Terri

  • 1 C margarine
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
    • in 1/4 C boiling water
  • 2 C flour
    • + 1/4 C wheat germ (optional)
  • 2 C oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 C chocolate chips

10 min 350F

cream butter and sugar, add vanilla egg and soda+water and mix, then add the rest and mix.
